Parked in bike and bus lanes

Constituent states black fence has been damaged on side of this address and municipal lot. 2 days ago everything was fine, came out the next day came out and noticed that plastic undercarriage of a car was in his driveway, looked to the right and noticed the pole of the black fence was bent over. Went around to inspect and noticed that bottom of the fence was badly damaged facing his home. Not sure if soemone tried to go in his driveway or make a u turn, but the fence is disconncected from the posts. Does not look like it was hit from inside the parking lot since there are bushes. The constituent states theres a toilet that was dumped outside and it doesnt belong to this residence. The constituent states its been here for days. SHe doesnt want to get an ticket. Requesting assistance with this matter. | Witnessed incident: [Yes]

Bricks missing from sidewalk, tripping hazard

Sidewalk at 1237 Comm Ave have holes and are tripping hazards. Also, the trash can opener is jammed shut. Thank you

There is a huge depression/sink hole (?) In front of 198 Mt Vernon St in West Roxbury (corner Mt Vernon & Grayfield). It measures 4 feet wide, 15 feet long, and about 6-8 inches deep at its deepest point. It seems to be quickly getting larger and deeper. This is not a normal pothole and seems to be a dangerous situation where cars could soon bottom out.
