Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

This big construction site on Blue Hill Ave, right in Grove All has been obstructing much of the sidewalk for weeks. There are no permits on display, and it looks like it's going to stay like this for an unknown period of time. What's left of the sidewalk is one tripping hazard after another. It shows complete disregard for the neighborhood and it's a serious safety issue. Please hold that slumlord accountable!
