Apartment management once again failing to maintain condition of property. Loose trash left in parking lot. Management was notified on 5/8 and failed to correct situation. Management company: Groma, 31 Chardon.

PLEASE remove the tar court on the sidewalk and replaced with cement as the rest of the sidewalks have been done in the neighborhood. It’s unbelievable that the sidewalks are done over in one section of the sidewalk it’s filled with tar. Completely unacceptable. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the couple stones that were removed and never put back before the sidewalk cement was poured over. I have asked several times for someone to reach out to me. I have yet to hear from anyone. Where is the accountability for the work being done in the neighborhood? Who overseas this project? Who signs off on these projects? They need to come out to the neighborhood and see the kind of work that has been done. Completely unacceptable. A sheer mess throughout the neighborhood. Those contractors need to be held accountable just as the city does. No oversight whatsoever. The last photo taken is my neighbor’s house two houses down the street. For sidewalk was done and it was cement poured on it not. Same exact thing. Tree on her side sidewalk and cement poured on it not. Who has accountable for this horrendous work being done in our neighborhoods. Who signed off on it? I need answers and I need someone to call me and explain everything to me and I would also like it response in email so I can have it in writing.

Truck parking in the middle of the grass area in front of my house. There are plenty of open parking spots they can use that aren't here. Police don't care. Please enforce the law.

Litter on street and fence. Poor property conditions.

For the second day in a row we have not been able to get delivery of a refrigerator because of vehicles parked on East Street. We have no refrigerator and all of our food has gone bad. The delivery truck is trying to get into our garage on East Street.
