A licensed pest control company has documented rodent activity in common wall voids and identified gaps around exterior and utility penetrations, confirming that my unit is not the source. Previous minor repairs by management have not resolved the issue, and building‑wide rodent activity continues, especially in the basement area. I respectfully request that a sanitary inspector evaluate the building, with particular attention to exterior foundation breaches and common utility penetrations, and require the Condominium Association to engage a licensed professional for building‑wide exclusion and remediation.
