    Overflowing trash and recycle bins in Martin’s park and along Harborwalk. The walkway is closed but access from the Harborwalk is open. It’s been over a week since the bins have been emptied and it’s overflowing. Extra concern of trash blowing into the channel as the barrels along the Harborwalk are right there.
