Real estate agent’s car parked illegally in 30-min valet spot for several hours, located directly at entrance to 1313 Washington Street in the South End

Hi: We've received staff complaints that it's difficult to see oncoming traffic when turning onto S. Huntington Ave. from the employee lot at the Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130-4817. Vehicle has been taking up a street parking spot next to my building for about a month, I have never seen it leave it's specific spot and at times it causes me to be unable to park when getting home late. It has Oregon plates and does not appear to have an inspection sticker.

Cars are parking on the sidewalk on both sides of the main entrance Business Terrace in Hyde Park. The sidewalk is not assessable to pedestrian or handicap owners. This illegal parking has caused a dangerous situation by forcing people to walk on the middle of the street to access the rear of the complex.
