Hello, thank you for your assistance. Every morning next to our apartment, three different trash trucks come to pick up trash at obscene hours, typically starting between 3 and 4am. The drivers just sit with their reverse sirens blaring for 20 minutes each. It is quite frustrating and many nights includes people screaming into the alley at the trucks to be quiet. Is there anyway to control the time when they arrive? This is a highly residential location.
