Garbage

It's not visible, but I've reported a gap here. They laid pavement on it and it became hollow again.

On East First between Acadia and O street there used to be one designated spot for handicapped parking. A sign was knocked down and laying in my neighbors yard before it was taken away. This sign has not been replaced so it has turned half of the block into handicapped parking as there is no sign to indicate end of handicapped spot. My car was towed and i received fines for this as I'm sure some of my neighbors have as well. If this whole block is now handicapped parking I'm sure myself and other longtime residents would've appreicated a heads up or at least a new sign to indicate this change instead of one with just tape on it that is halfway hanging into the street. If this was not purposeful and there has been a delay with the new sign being installed I would appreciate an update and removal of my parking fines- my appeal is pending.

A retaining wall is being built on the border of my parking space. There is no evidence of a permit and my parking space is being used without any notification or approval by me or my condo management. I own parking space 93.

There is a severe rat infestation at the rear of 420 Rutherford Ave. this infestation runs along the fence, separating the adjacent building known as the Harvey. There is a dumpster located next to this infestation. It appears as though the city made a weak attempt to bait here, but the infestation continues.
