Hello, I would like to request that a pot hole in front of my house be repaired. The address is 278 Turtle Pond Parkway in Hyde Park. The pot hole is about two feet wide, three feet long, and four inches deep at its deepest point. It is found just at the end of my driveway and has been repaired before by the city (about five years ago). Thanks! Joseph D'Andrea
