Dead rat on the path in the Liberty Mall on the Common

Rodents in/around Time Out Market. Last night, there was a mouse inside the building, in the dining area next to A&B Burgers. On multiple occasions over the past month, there have been several rats in the patio dining area, at the end near the lobby of 401 Park/towards where REI used to be. There are no visible rodent traps, which I imagine might help.

Construction work by Boston Water and Sewer started on the northeast end of Harrison Ave this morning at 5:00AM which was obscene on a Saturday morning. Likely woke up the entire neighborhood. Work shouldn’t start before 7AM at the earliest. Can the construction schedule be shifted?
