Why are these tqxi cab drivers parked over the bike lane all the time if they have a parking spot right next to the bike lane available for them? Could you please add some of these new barriers specifically on this bike lane to avoid it from happening?

This afternoon at approximately 1:49 PM, a moped was nearly involved in a collision with a USPS truck at the intersection of Water St and Congress St. The moped driver was operating recklessly, causing the USPS driver to brake hard to avoid an accident. After a brief verbal disagreement, the moped operator pulled into milk street to wait until the USPS truck left, then returned toward Congress St. The moped has a license plate, but it is bent/crooked and not readable. | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA A-1]
