every sunday handicap spots filled ar 10 somerset downtown with cars no hpc plate - called 311 and was told to call BPD - this makes it diffucult to find a spot with my HPC

In front of 238-240 Norfolk Street, Dorchester two large commercial trunks parked taking up residential spaces for weeks on end. One currently has a few tickets on windshield. They each are taking up 2-3 parking spots each.

Garbage (looks like dog crap) on public property. Outside 514 Mass Ave

Square cover in middle of street is loose and it pops up every time a car drives over it.
