The fence surrounding the park between East 4th street and Emerson st is about to collapse . It’s an old iron fence and the section in front of 309 Emerson st looks like it’s going to fall

Please require this establishment to properly clean and sanitize the surrounding area, or have the City step in to professionally clean and disinfect the street and public sidewalks along Seaview Avenue. Years of overflowing dumpsters and leaking waste have left significant buildup, staining, and unsanitary conditions on public property. This requires more than simply emptying the dumpsters. The street and sidewalks need to be thoroughly washed, treated, and sanitized to remove years of accumulated waste and residue. This is a public health concern, and I am requesting that the City take meaningful action to address these conditions once and for all.

Sidewalk repairs long over due. The entire street of Montmorenci Ave, on both sides, is in desperate need of new sidewalks.
