The two-sided regulatory sign at the curb in front of 40 Isabella St "Bay Village Permit Parking ONLY" on one face and "No Parking / Tow Zone" with an arrow toward our parking-lot driveway on the other was knocked down during the speed-bump installation on Isabella St and has never been re-installed. The pole was snapped at the base; the concrete footing is broken. Without the Tow Zone sign, permit holders park past the post and block the driveway exit for our lot. Please have BTD Sign Repair reinstall the post and both sign faces.

This 2 bedroom house was occupied by at least nine individuals who seldom took all the trash out the house. And when they did take the trash out it was all over the sidewalk. The absentee landlord is now attempting to clean out the house. They are leaving an unsightly mess outside the house. Isn’t it enough that the neighbors have put up with the constant presence of police the constant smoking of marijuana or whatever drugs by the prior tenants but now we have to be put up with trash all in front of the house.
