Caller states there is a major leak in the hallway that has staircase for exit. Caller states the water is falling from the ceiling and the management is not doing anything to repair the leak. Caller states the carpet has a puddle of water and if she exits her apartment she will be hit with water. This has been an issue before and is concerned because she feels like she cant leave her apartment.
