Tree trimming

Hi there. Since May 27, we have had a rat in our apartment at 1109 Boylston St Unit 3. Since then, we have had exterminators place traps on three separate occasions, but both of the exterminators have said that the rat will continue to find its way into the kitchen until the broken sink cabinet is completely replaced. Since the first incident, we have had to construct barriers ourselves using planks and steel wool, but as the exterminators pointed out, the rat will eventually find its way back in. We have attempted to make contact with our landlord and building management to have this cabinet replaced, but they have not been responsive to our request after more than a month. We would like to kindly ask for the assistance from the city of Boston to provide inspectional services to our apartment in order to have our landlord replace the cabinet. The rat in our kitchen is hugely affecting our quality of life and could potentially pose a massive health risk to us, the tenants. Commercial Vehicle constantly parked overnight on Green St. this is a large Van parked 24/7 taking up much needed parking spots.

Missed refuse pick up. This week is on the schedule and refuse bag not picked up.

The constituent reports multiple vehicles parked along the service location have been left unattended for weeks. The constituent states there is a black vehicle (near 17), a VW, a tan/beige vehicle with no plates and an ice cream truck.
