Despite multiple reports from various residents, the city refuses to collect space savers on south st and archdale rd. Inspectors are often coming during the night when everyone is home. THEY NEED TO COME DURING WORKING HOURS DURING THE DAY!!!!! NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WHY ARENT TRASH CREWS COLLECTING THEM?????
