Litter basket full

My apartment has several major leaks coming through the roof in the main bedroom. I have been in contact with the maintenance team through my property management company for weeks about addressing this issue and while there have been people who have come to look at it / work on it, I have been told multiple times it was taken care of only to continue to have issues. This weekend, with the storm, rainwater is entering through much more severely and in three new locations on the ceilling. I want to open an inspectional services housing complaint and schedule an inspection for a possible State Sanitary Code violation.
