Mattress someone dump on N Hudson Street

I think these no parking signs were not put up by the city and don’t seem like legitimate signs. They are 3 of them posted on Hazelmere Rd. It’s not very neighborly and sort of seems illegal.

Please enforce resident parking on Condor street in East Boston. It’s getting harder & harder for residents to park. There are cars currently parked with no resident parking stickers, out of state license plates, commercial vehicles that park here for days etc. and should be ticketed. Thank you.

A utility cable/wire has fallen from the overhead cable bundle and is hanging very low across the alley. The wire is approximately head height — I am 5’3” and my head can touch it when walking underneath. I am not sure whether it is an electrical, telephone, or cable/internet line. It appears to be a potential safety hazard and may need to be secured back to the overhead bundle. Please inspect and route to the appropriate utility company. Thank you.
