Illegally parked in the sidewalk

I am reporting issues with the construction site at 198 Everett St. Construction vehicles are consistently parked illegally on Aramon St (a private street), obstructing resident access. The crew is also working on weekends without apparent permits. A portable toilet and materials are encroaching onto 2 Aramon St building and electrical cords are running onto/touching the property, creating a potential safety/fire hazard. Please inspect for illegal parking, unpermitted work, property encroachment, and unsafe conditions, and require corrective action.

Both lights have been out next to St Johns School for over a month at Sun Court St and Moon St in North End. Pitch black and very dangerous at night. Multiple reports have been submitted. The lights remain out. Please fix. Thank you.
