595 Albany Street Newly Installed Streetlight Causing Severe Light Intrusion Into Bedroom + Living Room When I viewed and moved in to my property, there was no streetlight in this location. After I closed on the property, a new streetlight was installed near my bedroom window and connected to electricity. The light is extremely bright and shines directly into my bedroom throughout the night. There’s also another light across the street also extremely bright white light. Another one in the living room, originally had no electricity but last couple of days starts working as well also super bright. This has become a serious quality-of-life issue. As a result, my sleep has been significantly disrupted, and the issue has had a serious impact on my daily life and mental well-being.

Construction debris and pallets have been improperly stored in the yards of 8 and 9 Sewall st. Which is harboring rats and pose a sanitary hazard. It is also resulting in our property being attacked by rodents.

Eversource Electric manhole is a SEVERE safety hazard. This is the underground electric manhole for the entire Story Street. Causing both water infiltration and constant loud pothole bang from every vehicle as well as plows all winter.

Sustained construction noise levels at 75/76 decibels beginning around 8pm nightly at Matthew's Arena. Noise continues for about an hour then there's a 15 to 30 minute break before the pattern repeats itself for several hours, usually past midnight. Have attempted multiple calls to 311, but it doesn't seem to get to ISD, so I'm documenting it here.
