I'm tired of reporting this issues to the city and nothing is being done. On Bispham Street, Dorchester, 02122. People are dumping FOOD and garbage. We have a bad rodents population. These rats are building their nest underground on my property. Is there any way that the city can make a sign in Vietnamese and English No food or trash. Place barrels on this street. This is city property .
