Hi Team, we live at 411 E 3rd Street in South Boston. Across the street from us is Emerson auto body. They have been increasing getting deliveries and dumpster pickups in the very early hours of the night. We realize there are noise ordinances for the neighborhood. For example this morning they had a dumpster pickups at 3:45 AM which is quite loud and takes 5-10 minutes for the truck. Traffic light knocked down

The guys at the barber shop throws their cigarette butts out on the street in front of their business and it’s just gross. I wish they would just put out a can for the butts. It’s a high traffic area with kids and dogs and it’s just unsightly.
