Centre st in West Roxbury - after road repair multiple stretches of the street have no lane markings anymore. Bike lane is not marked and multiple cars are parked in the bike lane every day.

With ongoing construction on West 5th Street in South Boston and multiple properties leaving loose trash unsecured, I’ve noticed a significant increase in rat activity. Rats are visible in my backyard and on sidewalks at all hours. This appears to be an active infestation likely related to construction disturbance and improper waste storage. Requesting inspection and mitigation.

Extremely disappointed to see the Cask N Flagon dining patio back on Lansdowne Street. Concerns have been raised over the years to multiple city agencies about the unsafe conditions out there. The patio has been hit by several trucks and cars over the years. There have also been several close calls on crowd crushes after major events at Fenway Park. The patio makes the street way too narrow for safe vehicle and pedestrian access. A pedestrian was also hit by a car in September with thankfully minor injuries. Litter, trash

There is an extensive issue with RATS at 501 East 5th Street. The owners are not properly exterminating. The rats are now burrowing down and into the side wall on Henderson Way. I live at 496 East 6th and the rats are now in my yard. I have hired and exterminator and taking all necessary actions at my own expense. I had a dead rat in yard on Friday. Please investigate as soon as possible. This is absolutely unacceptable. Thanks, Kit Kelly
